The diaphragm and other pumping media are completely separated from the pump's moving parts and workpiece media, ensuring that the transported media do not leak outward. Therefore, when pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive media, it does not cause environmental pollution or endanger personal safety; the lift and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted by opening the air valve (air pressure adjustment is between 1-1-8.4 bar); it can work immersed in the medium; does not use electricity, safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive places; pneumatic diaphragm pumps have a simple structure, few wear parts, and are easy to install and maintain, with the media transported by the pump not coming into contact with valves, connecting rods, and other moving parts. Unlike other types of pumps, performance gradually decreases due to wear of rotors, pistons, gears, and blades.
Easy to use, reliable operation, and starting and stopping only require opening and closing the air valve. Even if the pump runs without media for a long time or suddenly stops due to an accident, it will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically stop, providing self-protection. When the load returns to normal, it can automatically start running. Pneumatic diaphragm pumps do not require oil lubrication, and even running empty will not affect the pump, which is a major feature of the pump.
