Closed-type metal or non-metal pumps are an ideal solution for transporting highly corrosive or hazardous chemical fluids. All closed-type pumps feature a unique intermediate sealed chamber and a design that incorporates a hydraulically balanced coupling of the process diaphragm and drive diaphragm assembly. Additionally, all sealed chambers are compatible with visual leak detection, mechanical leak detection, and electronic leak detection devices. The CD (closed-type) pump casing is made of aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel, Hastelloy C, polypropylene, and PVDF as the main structure, and is paired with TPE elastomers (thermoplastic elastomers), PTFE diaphragms, and check valves.
