The pneumatic single diaphragm high-pressure metal pump can generate a discharge pressure twice that of the inlet pressure, up to 250 PSI (17.2 BAR). This series is specifically designed for feeding filter presses and applications requiring higher discharge pressures. The housing can be made of aluminum alloy, cast iron, or stainless steel, and various elastomer materials are available. The Blagdon N25 and N50 high-pressure pumps provide strong power for applications where pressure is the primary critical parameter while also requiring flow rate. They feature a dual air chamber pressurization design, achieving an output of twice the air pressure per stroke, with discharge pressures up to 238 PSI (16 Bar). The N25 has a flow rate of up to 30 GPM (114 LPM); the N50 has a flow rate of up to 90 GPM (341 LPM).
