For abrasive slurries, suspended and non-suspended solid particles, and solid particles close to pipeline dimensions, it is recommended to use the HDF (Heavy Duty Diaphragm Pump) series. All SANDPIPER heavy-duty diaphragm valves feature a bottom discharge port, providing excellent suction lift. The HDF series is made of thick sand-cast aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel bodies, paired with synthetic rubber elastomers, TPE elastomers (thermoplastic elastomers), and PTFE materials for diaphragms and check valves. The HDF incorporates this series of reinforced designs to enhance its wear resistance.
