Standard FDA compliant pumps are an ideal choice for various applications in the food processing, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. This series offers ball valve pumps ranging from 1" to 3", as well as 2" diaphragm pumps (for handling soft solids close to interface sizes). The entire series has a flow range of 0-235 gallons per minute. These special series pumps are made with stainless steel components that comply with FDA material certification (i.e., the wetted cast parts) and use FDA Santoprene rubber, FDA nitrile rubber, and PTFE for the diaphragm, check valve, and valve seat materials. The standard non-wetted parts are made of aluminum alloy with a white epoxy coating, complemented by stainless steel hardware. Sanitary clamp connections are available for sizes 1" to 3", and the 3" pump can be selected with ANSI flange connections.
